KIDS & JUNIORS PERFORMANCE WORKSHOPS

A high-performance development program designed for competitive juniors aged 10 to 18

Level 1 – U10 Talent Detection & Foundations

Target Age: Under 10

Goals:
✔️ Discover motor skills and coordination
✔️ Introduce racquet handling and basic technique
✔️ Build a fun, focused, and structured learning space
✔️ Establish basic focus, listening, and sports attitude

Coach Focus:
Detect early potential, adapt to young age groups, communicate with families, and build the long-term base.

Level 2 – Performance Foundations (Ages 10–13)

Target Age: U12/U13

Goals:
✔️ Reinforce technical base under intensity
✔️ Introduce game identity (offensive/defensive profiles)
✔️ Build consistency in rallies and serve
✔️ Start pre-match and post-match routines

Coach Focus:
Structure individual development plans, manage group progression, and integrate early competitive habits.

Level 3 – Competitive Development (Ages 13–15)

Target Age: U14/U15

Goals:
✔️ Deepen tactical understanding and shot selection
✔️ Improve fitness, stamina, and footwork under match conditions
✔️ Increase mental control and focus in long matches
✔️ Plan a competitive season (local to national)

Coach Focus:
Lead players through tournament cycles, match analysis, and adapt practices to competition goals.

Level 4 – High-Performance Transition (Ages 15–18)

Target Age: U16/U18

Goals:
✔️ Prepare for national and international circuits
✔️ Solidify player identity (weapons, mental style, match patterns)
✔️ Build autonomy on court and off (recovery, preparation, mindset)
✔️ Structure long-term vision (college / pro / federation)

Coach Focus:
Follow players in tournaments, manage physical and mental peaks, build pro habits, and communicate with the team and parents.
